4. Revision Policy

We offer unlimited revisions to ensure you are fully satisfied with your invitation.

However, revisions must remain within the original scope of the selected design or package. Requests that significantly change the concept, structure, or overall style may be considered a new project and may require an additional fee.

5. Delivery

Standard delivery time is typically 5–7 business days, depending on the selected package and level of customization.

Faster delivery options may be available.

Delays may occur if required information or feedback is not provided in a timely manner. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing or incomplete information from the customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days.

For digital and custom-made products, the right of withdrawal may expire once work has started or the service has been fully delivered.
